A BS degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years minimum experience in the design of structural engineering (Equipment Foundation, Pipe Support, Frames, structures, ...) in the oil refining industry. Professional Engineering License (P.E. Civil - State of California) preferred. Computer skills required, such as software for structural design and analysis, etc. The ability to effectively communicate with team members and other engineering personnel is essential.
